DOUBLE CLOSING
This is a real estate investment strategy where an investor buys and sells a property on the same day using two separate transactions. It allows the investor to profit from the deal without using their own money to fund the purchase for long. In the first transaction, the investor purchases a property from the original seller. In the second transaction, the investor sells the same property to an end buyer at a higher price.
